Request deletion of your TutorClock account and associated data
If you would like to delete your TutorClock account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below based on your user role:
Please contact your organization administrator to request account deletion. Your admin can remove your account and associated data from the system.
To request deletion of your administrator account and organization data, please send an email to our support team with the following information:

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
If you would like to download a copy of your data before deletion, please request a data export by contacting support@path2excellence.org with the subject "Data Export Request".

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.
