Request deletion of your TutorClock account and associated data

How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your TutorClock account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below based on your user role:

For Teachers, Parents, and Receptionists

Please contact your organization administrator to request account deletion. Your admin can remove your account and associated data from the system.

For Administrators

To request deletion of your administrator account and organization data, please send an email to our support team with the following information:

Email: support@path2excellence.org
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Organization name (if applicable)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account credentials (email and password)
  • Personal information (name, contact details)
  • FCM tokens and device information
  • Notification preferences

Data Retention for Legal/Business Purposes

Please note that certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or business purposes:

  • Check-in/check-out records: May be retained for payroll processing and tax compliance
  • Timesheet data: Required for payroll records (typically 7 years for tax purposes)
  • Audit logs: Retained for security and compliance purposes

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Alternative: Data Export

If you would like to download a copy of your data before deletion, please request a data export by contacting support@path2excellence.org with the subject "Data Export Request".

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.
